Luxury Lodges

Nestled within a magical Milkwood forest, the Garden Lodge comprises 11 luxurious freestanding one- and two-bedroom suites with panoramic ocean views. The lodge is complete with a restaurant, lounge, barista bar, boma, library, swimming pool and beauty salon.
For the ultimate romantic getaway, the Forest Lodge offers peace and privacy high on a hill with 180-degree views of the ocean and fynbos. Its 16 luxurious freestanding suites each have cosy fireplaces and access to a communal restaurant, lounge, barista bar, boma, beauty salon, library and infinity pool.
The Private Villas are the last word in secluded luxury for discerning guests. Secluded and exclusive, they’re surrounded by pristine natural beauty and serviced by a private chef, butler and nature guides. Private Villa guests can enjoy the use of their own swimming pool, office, cinema room, wine cellar and fully equipped gym. There’s even a landing strip available to guests arriving in helicopters and small planes.

A dining experience at Grootbos is not just about the food – it’s an occasion. Only the freshest local ingredients are used, with many coming from the organic farm on the reserve.
