You agree that we – Atelier Africa Safaris – and any of its members, employees, subcontractors or suppliers – do NOT accept any liability for any damage or loss of property, personal injury (fatal or otherwise) however caused.

You indemnify Atelier Africa Safaris, against any claim, which you or any member of your party or persons invited by you or other related parties and/or entities or representative(s), may have, of whichever nature and and hereby waive and renounce all and any claims or actions of whichever nature and pledge not to institute litigation in any manner or form against Atelier Africa Safaris its members, employees, subcontractors or suppliers for any damages suffered to you or any member of your party or persons invited by you or other related parties and/or entities or representative(s)

Finally, you hereby authorise the management of Atelier Africa Safaris in case of a medical emergency involving yourself or other members of your party, to take any measure and incur any medical evacuation costs (without this creating any obligation on Atelier Africa Safaris to do so) that is reasonably required to secure the health and safety of the persons involved, and you undertake that you have proper insurance cover for medical evacuation and that, insofar as your insurance cover is insufficient or not forthcoming, you indemnify Atelier Africa Safaris for the medical evacuation costs.
